TRY BEFORE YOU DECIDE

We understand that choosing a fragrance is personal. If you are not fully satisfied with your perfume, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

However, to be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following condition:

• The perfume can only be lightly tested (1–2 sprays maximum)
• The bottle must be at least 90% full
• The packaging, box, and bottle must be in original condition

We allow you to open the product and experience the fragrance, but it must not be used beyond a minimal test. This ensures fairness and maintains product hygiene for all customers.

HOW RETURNS WORK

If you wish to return your order:

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery
  2. Share your order details
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Used or heavily sprayed bottles are not eligible for return
• Damaged items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
• Shipping costs (if applicable) may not be refundable
• Returns must be approved before sending the product back
